Unit A – This 1,880 square foot town home, the second largest unit type offered, is usually an interior unit with a one car-garage feature.  The floor plan provides for a centrally located large kitchen that separates the dining room from the living room areas on the first floor.  The dining room’s large windows and detail trim further enhances the sense of a stately room.  The living room is situated in the back and has access to a large deck.  At the rear of the first floor is also the master bedroom providing the privacy and quietness desired.  The second floor provides for two large bedrooms, a bathroom, and a loft for a desk or play area.

Unit B – An 1,801 square foot home that provides the option for another 144 square foot living space for a sun room or a den.  This two car garage unit is designed specifically in mind for the empty nester.  Its spacious floor plan includes a breakfast area, dining room with wall space for large furniture and a living room with cathedral ceiling and many windows.  This unit type can either be an end unit or an interior unit.

Unit C – The most luxurious and largest of the three home styles at almost 2,000 square feet in size is an end unit type that provides a front or side entry two car garage option.  It is also the only unit type that includes a separate shower and Jacuzzi/whirlpool combination off of the naturally illuminated master bedroom on the first floor.  This unit also provides a separate small breakfast area from the dining room and the option of an enclosed sun room or den instead of a deck, further increasing the unit size to roughly 2,150 square feet.  This unit design offers a truly functional loft area on the second floor with many nooks for attic storage space.
