Westwood Associates, Inc. is a young residential real estate company owned by its principals Chris Christopher and Sotir Papalilo.  As principals of the company we collectively bring over 50 years of experience in planning, development, construction and marketing of over 1,000 single-family and condominium homes throughout central and eastern Massachusetts.
 

Together our success can be attributed to our experience in land development, designing and constructing aesthetically pleasing homes at prices that properly reflect existing market conditions, and most importantly, our total dedication to customer satisfaction.  We know, for example, that buying a home is more than just finding the right house for the right price.  Our customers acknowledge our public service and conscious work ethic.  Furthermore, our customers have benefited from our personal sensitivity, cordial, communicative, patient, forthcoming and amenable approach to any and all questions and requests.

Auburn                                 
Dale Avenue
Only 15 homes were built on this 7 plus acres site to create a relaxed, "Olde New England, village-type" atmosphere. The structures were built in clusters consisting of three and four unit buildings. They offer every luxury an owner would want without the high costs of maintenance. Every feature was designed and offered to satisfy the desire of the customer who has become accustomed to or dreamed of having a luxurious home. Bolton                                 
Long Hill Road and Teele Road
A seven lot custom home development build on a 20 acre parcel of land in a rural country setting here in Bolton.  Each home was situated on lots that ranged from 1.5 to 4 acres in size.  The development was sold out in 2003.

Oxford                                                                                                     
Founders Court and Manor Lane

With its picturesque old New England  character, "Rocky Hill Estates" set the stage for a 32-lot single-family home community which sold out in early 2002. click here for scenic view 1

Shrewsbury                                                                                             
Harrington Farms, Lake Street and Grafton Street
An 118-unit townhouse-style condominium development was built on 27 acres of land located off of Routes 9 and 140.

Southborough                                                                                        
Rock Spring Farm, Rock Spring Lane & High Street
This 18-home community of upscale single-family residences on 1 to 3-acres lots preserved much of the 50-plus acre site’s natural features and open space, and was completed in 2000.

Lynbrook Farm, Lynbrook Road, Lovers Lane and Main Street
Forty estate-style homes were custom designed & built along 117 acres of rolling pastures, hills and stone walls in the prestigious Northside of Southborough, off of Route 30, along the Sudbury aqueduct. These homes which sold out in1998 were designed to blend into the natural aesthetics, character and history of this spectacular property.

Westview Farm, East Main Street and Haskell Street
This upscale community of 46 custom-designed, executive-style single-family homes with spectacular views of Mount Wachusett was built on a 57-acre parcel of land which sold out in 1997.

Indian Pond Homes, Indian Pond Road
Completed in 1999, this 36-unit single-family home development was built on a 28-acre parcel of land.  Located in close proximity to major routes, these 1,500 to 2,100 square feet homes provided an alternative to homebuyers who would otherwise be priced out from this upscale suburban community.

Weston                                                                                                     
Winter Gardens, Winter Street
This 24-unit detached single-family condominium was build in the Massachusetts’s most sought after community.  Completed in 1997, this type of development was the first of its kind in Weston.  All homes were sold out and fully occupied in 16 months.
